Transformational life coaching is a powerful process that will enable you to identify what you desire personally and professionally and support you in reaching your full potential and achieve your goals.

How does Life Coaching program work:
As your personal coach, Meagan will work with you to develop a personalized coaching program that will:
- increase your confidence and self esteem
- lower your stress
- move you forward to where you truly want to be
- create personal happiness and success
- discover your true passions
- achieve your goals
- empower you to achieve your dreams
- design a life that suites you
- clear obstacles from your past
- develop and implement action plans that moves you forward
- discover your values and what truly energizes and motivates you.
As your coach Meagan will:
- Encourage you to set goals that you truly want
- ask you to do more than you may have done in the past
- help you to focus in order to produce results more quickly
- provide you with the tools, support and structure to accomplish more
- listen carefully and will be there for you
- challenge and confront you, especially in helping you identify your limiting beliefs and blind spots
- help you to discover and understand who you are and what your true strengths are
- help you identify and clarify what you most want
- help you create and develop strategy to achieve your goals
Coaching is conducted on a weekly or fortnightly basis, predominantly in person, however can be combined with phone coaching or internet via Skype and are 1 - 1 1/4 hr duration.
Each week you choose what you want to work on, together we look at how best to solve any problems, and work on strategies to obtain your goals, provide you with support if you need it, brainstorm possibilities and happily celebrate your success with you.
As part of the coaching process, Meagan will be in contact with you via email through the week for any specific home reinforcements or homework for your coaching needs to help you achieve your goals. During the week, if you at any time feel stuck or want to share your success with me you may call her for a quick chat or send an email.
Changes do not happen overnight so therefore Meagan asks for a minimum of 6 week commitment to the coaching process.
Fees: Individual sessions - @ $200
